Manufacturing Process
The production of Nimonic75 rods follows a series of steps to ensure the highest quality and performance. The process begins with the careful melting of high-purity raw materials, followed by refining to achieve the desired chemical composition. The molten alloy is then cast into ingots and subjected to various processes, including forging, rolling, and annealing, to refine its mechanical properties. Forging: The ingots are hot-forged to the required shape, improving the material's grain structure and mechanical properties.

Annealing: Bars are annealed to relieve internal stresses and improve ductility, ensuring they are ready for final use.
