Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811) is an advanced nickel-chromium alloy designed for high-temperature applications requiring excellent strength, oxidation resistance, and long-term stability. With its optimized composition and enhanced properties, this alloy is ideal for demanding industries such as renewable energy, waste treatment, and oil & gas, as well as semiconductor manufacturing.
Optimized Composition:
Incoloy 800HT offers a balanced mix of Nickel (Ni) 30-34%, Chromium (Cr) 19-22%, and Niobium (Nb) 0.3-0.7%. The alloy also includes an optimized combination of Titanium (Ti) and Aluminum (Al) ≥0.85%, enhancing its overall high-temperature performance.
Surface Options:
Available in mill finish or grit-blasted surface finishes (#180–#320), Incoloy 800HT ensures smooth surfaces suitable for various applications.
Precision Fabrication:
Ultra-thin Incoloy 800HT strips (0.05±0.002 mm thick) are available up to 1,200 mm wide, allowing for highly precise manufacturing to meet your specific needs.

Creep Resistance:
Incoloy 800HT exhibits exceptional creep resistance, with a steady-state creep rate of 1.2×10⁻⁸ s⁻¹ at 750°C/100 MPa, making it highly reliable in high-temperature environments.
Fatigue Strength:
This alloy demonstrates 1.8× improvement in cyclic stress endurance (250 MPa, over 10⁷ cycles), making it durable for long-term use in demanding conditions.
Carburization Resistance:
Incoloy 800HT resists carburization, with a penetration depth of ≤50 µm after 1,000 hours in a CH4 atmosphere.
Grain Boundary Engineering (GBE):
The alloy benefits from advanced grain boundary design, increasing its rupture life by 40% and improving its overall mechanical properties.


Double Melting Process:
Incoloy 800HT is produced using Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) and Electroslag Remelting (ESR), ensuring ASTM E45 A-level inclusion control and superior material quality.

Hall-Petch Optimization:
Incoloy 800HT benefits from Hall-Petch optimization, where the yield strength increases by 25% when the grain size is reduced to 5 µm, ensuring excellent performance under stress.
Computational Design:
CALPHAD modeling is used to adjust Ti/C/N ratios, effectively suppressing the formation of the harmful σ-phase, which enhances the alloy's long-term stability.
Renewable Energy:
Incoloy 800HT is used in interconnects for solid oxide fuel cells, offering excellent ASR (<10 mΩ·cm²) and ensuring high efficiency in renewable energy systems.
