Process

  1. Melting:
    High-purity raw materials are melted in an electric arc furnace or induction furnace. The metal is then refined to remove impurities and achieve the desired chemical composition.

    After refining, the alloy is cast into ingots and subjected to homogenization heat treatment to enhance uniformity and eliminate segregation.

  3. Forging:
