Q1: What is your working time and contact information?
A1: Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Beijing time, GMT+08:00). We observe public holidays during May 1-3, Oct 1-7, and Chinese New Year. Please feel free to email us during these periods if you have any inquiries.
