Product Overview
1J50 is a soft magnetic alloy made with around 50% nickel and balance iron, offering a good compromise between high magnetic permeability and saturation flux density. It is widely used for producing magnetic cores in precision transformers, chokes, and sensors that require stability and high magnetic efficiency in AC fields.

Working Principle
The 1J50 alloy balances moderate nickel content with iron to offer strong magnetic alignment without saturating prematurely. When magnetized, its atoms readily align to the field direction, providing smooth and efficient magnetic response, even under AC excitation.
