1J85 is a high-permeability soft magnetic alloy composed primarily of iron and nickel, with approximately 80% Ni and 5% Mo. It is widely used in magnetic shielding, transformers, and precision components requiring strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppression. The material is known for its high initial permeability, excellent magnetic saturation, and stability under low magnetic field conditions.
