What is your working time and contacting information?
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Beijing time, GMT+08.00). We have public holidays during May 1-3, Oct 1-7, and Chinese New Year. Please email us with any inquiries during these periods.

Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples for testing, but the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
