Product Overview
Incoloy 925 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum. It is engineered for high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance in harsh environments. This alloy bar with dimensions Φ45mm x 2000mm is widely used in oilfield equipment, marine hardware, and chemical processing components where both strength and corrosion resistance are critical.

Technical Principle
The alloy derives its strength from a carefully controlled balance of elements and age-hardening. Molybdenum and copper improve resistance to reducing agents, while chromium offers oxidizing environment protection. Titanium and aluminum enable precipitation hardening, enhancing mechanical properties.
