GH3030 nickel alloy bar is designed for extreme high-temperature applications where excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature strength are crucial. Melting:

Forging:
The ingots are hot-forged above 1100°C to achieve the desired shape and grain structure, improving the mechanical properties of the alloy.
Hot Rolling:
Following forging, the material is hot-rolled to reduce thickness and achieve the final dimensions of the bars.
Annealing:
The bars are then annealed at 900-950°C to relieve internal stresses, improving ductility and preparing the alloy for final machining.
Finishing:
Finally, the alloy is cut to the required lengths and surface-treated for additional protection. This may include polishing, grinding, or coating for enhanced durability.
