Product Introduction

GH3536 rod is a high - performance nickel - based superalloy product with high iron content, mainly strengthened by the solid solution of chromium and molybdenum. This alloy rod has a density of approximately 8.3 g/cm³, endowing it with good mass - related properties in practical applications.
In terms of performance characteristics, GH3536 rod shines brightly. Mechanically, at room temperature, its tensile strength can reach over 915 MPa, and the yield strength can exceed 584 MPa. It also exhibits medium - level creep and rupture strength, being able to withstand certain stresses below 900 °C. In the physical aspect, its melting temperature ranges from 1260 to 1355 °C. The thermal conductivity at 100 °C is about 13.38 W/(m·°C), and the specific heat capacity is 372.6 J/(kg·°C). The linear expansion coefficient between 20 - 100 °C is 12.1×10⁻⁶/°C. Chemically, it demonstrates excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, remaining stable in high - temperature environments from 600 to 1200 °C. Moreover, GH3536 rod has good formability in both cold and hot working conditions, and it can be welded using various welding processes such as TIG welding, plasma arc welding, and manual arc welding.
