Product Details

GH1140 (also known as GH140) is a high-performance iron-nickel based superalloy specifically developed for high-temperature industrial applications. This cost-effective, heat-resistant alloy strip delivers excellent oxidation resistance and structural stability at temperatures up to 950°C (1742°F), making it ideal for furnace components, combustors, and other thermal processing equipment.


As an economical alternative to nickel-based superalloys, GH1140 provides outstanding value for applications requiring durability in oxidizing and carburizing atmospheres without the premium cost of high-nickel content materials.

Chromium (Cr): 20-23% (oxidation resistance)

Tungsten (W): 2.0-3.0% (solid solution strengthening)

Molybdenum (Mo): 1.5-2.5% (creep resistance)

Silicon (Si): ≤1.0% (oxide scale stability)

Carbon (C): ≤0.08%
