GH3536 High Temperature Alloy Tube is designed for applications that require excellent high-temperature performance. Known for its exceptional weldability, it can be easily joined using methods such as gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, and resistance welding, ensuring high structural integrity post-welding.
The alloy has a density range of 8.2–9.4 G/cm³, making it ideal for applications requiring a strong yet lightweight material. Its thermal expansion coefficient is 11.2×10⁻⁶/K, providing predictable behavior in high-temperature environments, enhancing stability and reliability.
With annealed strength ranging from 700–800N/mm², it maintains high durability even in extreme conditions. The alloy’s impressive corrosion resistance makes it ideal for use in industries that are exposed to harsh chemicals and environments, such as the petrochemical sector.
GH3536 is versatile, available in multiple forms such as tubes, making it suitable for high-temperature applications, including furnace components, heat exchangers, and chemical processing equipment.
